After enabling any CRM integration you will not see the contacts in the phone directory that is in your dashboard, but you will have it in the Toky's database.

When you receive a call from a phone number, and this number belongs to a contact created in your CRM, Toky will display all the contact's information in the dialer, same will happen with outbound calls.

All these call events will be logged automatically into the CRM, as a note for the identified contact.
