You can answer inbound calls in many ways using Toky but if you decide that all your toll-free calls must go to a phone number mobile or landline you must do this:
Asign the toll-free phone number to ring to one agent
Enable permanent call forwarding for the selected agent
After this, every inbound call received in the toll-free phone number will ring to the phone number asigned to the selected agent in step 2.
