• Have you enabled call forwarding?

  • If you enabled call forwarding, are you offline? Or, did you enable unconditional call forwarding?

  • Do you have enough credit? Forwarded calls have a per minute cost like normal outbound calls.

  • Is the number you entered correct? To make sure it is correct and it is working, try making a call to that number using your Toky account.

  • If the call is going straight to voicemail, make sure your attention hours are set to "open" at the time you are running your tests.
