1. Open your agent's profile

2. Click on Call Settings and then on  Setup Voicemail Drop audios

3. You can record your own voicemail or upload audio files. Next click on Save Settings. You can have several audio files and select them from the voicemail drop option; the audio selected as Favorite will be selected by default.

You can also set your audios to be public, so other agents can use your recording as a voicemail drop option. To make your audios public, you must click on the eye icon
