When you try to add an agent that is already registered in Toky from your account or in another Toky account, you will get an error message like this one:
If firstname.lastname@example.org is already registered somewhere else in Toky, you can still add in email@example.com using firstname.lastname@example.org. The tag toky1 we used in this example can be changed for any text of your preference.
Note: Both email addresses email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org are the same for your email server/service. This is the reason that this workaround will function just fine without any change on your side.
