When you try to add an agent that is already registered in Toky inside your account or in another Toky account, you will get an error message like the following:

If john@company.com is already registered somewhere else in Toky you can still add john@company.com using john+toky1@company.com. The tag toky1 we used in this example can be changed for any text of your preference.

Note: Both email addresses john@company.com and john+toky1@company.com are the same in the eyes of your email server/service. This is the reason this workaround will work just fine without any change on your side.
