In order for Toky Mobile App (Android or IOS) to be able to connect, your installed Toky App has to send complete connection information to our servers. If this information is incomplete, the Toky App might not be able to register on Toky Servers and won’t be able to make and receive calls.
If you have problems with WiFi connections, try mobile data.
The most common reasons behind this error are:
- Extremely restrictive firewall: the information can't reach our servers because it is being filtered.
- Bad Internet connection.
If the problem persists, open these other ports in your Firewall
- Only TCP: 5090
- TCP and UDP: 10000 to 65000.
