Voicemail drop feature allows you to select a pre-recorded audio from your personal library and drop it as soon as a call goes to voicemail. When you drop your audio, you move to the next call while Toky plays the audio to the customers voicemail.

Using voicemail drop feature

Make a call to your customer or lead from the Toky web app, when the voicemail answer the call the Voicemail Drop button will be available. Click on the button, select the desired audio from the list and Toky will take care of the rest, leaving the Voicemail and after that hanging up the call. So, you can move on and call to the next customer or lead, saving time.
