The Voicemail Drop feature allows you to select a pre-recorded audio from your personal library and drop it as soon as the call goes to voicemail. When you drop your audio, you move to the next call while Toky plays the audio to the customer's voicemail.
To use it you need to first record the audio you want to use. You can learn how to do this in this article.
Using the feature
Make a call from the web app or desktop app to the phone number of the contact you want to reach.
Wait until the call goes to voicemail. You will hear a beep and the timer on the dialer will start when this happens.
Click on the VM Drop button, select the desired audio from the list, and click again on the confirmation button.
You will be disconnected but the call on the other end will continue with your message being played.
