Only Super admin users can assign this permission.

To allow one of your agents Call Whispering and Monitoring permissions you must follow these steps:

  1. Go to your agents section

  2. Edit the agent whom you want to give permissions

  3. Go to Call settings

  4. Click on Enable call monitoring and whisper

  5. Click on Notify my teammate when I'm monitoring their call if you need other agents to know when they are being monitored by the selected agent.

  6. Click on Save Changes
