Only Super admin users can assign this permission.
To allow one of your agents Call Whispering and Monitoring permissions you must follow these steps:
- Go to your agents section
- Edit the agent whom you want to give permissions
- Go to Call settings
- Click on Enable call monitoring and whisper
- Click on Notify my teammate when I'm monitoring their call if you need other agents to know when they are being monitored by the selected agent.
- Click on Save Changes
