For adding new IVR levels you can follow these steps:
- Go to the IVR section
- Create a new IVR or edit an existing one.
- Create a new option and select the action send to IVR and
- Click on the Set up new IVR button
- Enter the new IVR level name
- Add the options you need for this level and make sure you configure the audios as this is a new IVR.
- You can also add new IVR levels if you need to, repeating these same steps.
