For adding new IVR levels you can follow these steps:

  • Go to the IVR section

  • Create a new IVR or edit an existing one.

  • Create a new option and select the action send to IVR and

  • Click on the Set up new IVR button

  • Enter the new IVR level name

  • Add the options you need for this level and make sure you configure the audios as this is a new IVR.

  • You can also add new IVR levels if you need to, repeating these same steps.
