After enabling the Extended Agents Dashboard, learn how you can start using it.
- Type agent name or part of it into the filter.
- Filter agents by status.
- Scroll to find the desired agent and click on the phone icon to start and internal call.
- Click on Manage your agents to go to the agents' panel or click on Add more agents to create a new agent in your account.
