After enabling the Extended Agents Dashboard, learn how you can start using it.

  1. Type agent name or part of it into the filter.

  2. Filter agents by status.

  3. Scroll to find the desired agent and click on the phone icon to start and internal call.

  4. Click on Manage your agents to go to the agents' panel or click on Add more agents to create a new agent in your account.
