The Toky Dashboard is the main window of our web application. These are the

  1. Click to go to the help center

  2. Click to see important information about your activities, if you have unread notifications you will see a red dot.

  3. Open the Profile menu

  4. Display the Toky dialer and you can make calls.

  5. Access and configure all the Toky features

  6. This panel displays all your agents and their statuses. If you are an admin, you can also enable the extended agent's dashboard.

  7. View some quick statistics about calls and time spoken in a period of time.

  8. Check your available Toky credit and enable notifications and auto-recharge options.

  9. Recent calls list with details about direction, duration, customer or agents involved and more. Click on the blue arrow button to see
