After configuring the integration between Toky and Salesforce, you can go to the integration settings and in step 4 you can check the WhatsApp option and click on Save Changes

Enable WhatsApp Salesforce Integration

Toky will start synchronizing WhatsApp Business messages as tasks to Salesforce CRM. If you choose to synchronize contacts and leads and relate the WhatsApp events when they are created, a match is made by the phone number. If Toky finds several contacts or leads with the same number, the task is created in the record most recently updated.

The created task will have all the information about the WhatsApp conversation.
