The Toky local presence feature allows automatic selection of phone numbers based on local area codes closer matching the destination number for outbound calls. Customers and leads are more likely to answer unknown calls when the caller’s phone numbers is local (same area code).

This feature is only available for the United States and it requires that you have phone numbers for every area code that will use local presence feature. Local presence only works from the Toky web app, desktop and mobile apps don't have this feature yet.

Local presence is enabled by default. When you use the Toky web dialer to make an outbound call, the system will use as a caller ID one of your US phone numbers matching the destination area code. If there is no phone number with an area code for the selected destination, any random US number will be used or you can select one manually.
