In order to configure this option, you must first have IVR option enabled in Toky. If you do not have it, ask our customer service team.
To configure the emails to which Toky platform will notify when there are new voice mails, you must follow the following steps:
Open Toky's Dashboard
Click on IVR option inside the Telephony section.
Edit any IVR you have using the Edit button.
In the IVR popup click on Voicemail notification link
Inside the window, add the emails you want to be notified when a new voicemail is received, separated by commas (,) and click on Close button.
Click on Save Changes
