What should you check and what should you do?
Basically you must check that the download speed is according with the one you have contracted with your ISP, it is normal if you don't have an exact value, but it can not exist a high variation. If the internet speed is correct, after several tests and the problem persist, please contact our support team and we will be happy to check what could be happening.
