  • Private Voicemails can only be listened by the agent they were left for.

2. If one agent checks the call as read. Does it mark it as read for all agents?

  • Once you check the Voicemail as read . It appears as read for all agents.

3. How do we delete a Voicemail?.

  • Once you check one Voicemail. You will have the option to delete it.

4. Does that mean it gets deleted from everyone's voicemail log?

-Once an agent deletes a Voicemail. It gets deleted from everyone's Voicemail Log.
