In Toky you have three different alternatives to configure the working days and hours and to avoid calls at inappropriate times.

At business level

Set the business hours for your business from the Public Profile option in the Main section.

At agent level

Each agent can set their own working hours on their own account according to their country, time zone, and availability.

At virtual phone number level

Each phone number can have a set availability for the time zone and conditions of each country and city.

If you have problems with your business hours, you must validate that they are correctly configured. The multiple management of working hours allows an adequate coverage of the time zone of each case. Many businesses initially leave their agents and numbers with care 24 hours and only configure the business profile.
