In order for Toky to be able to connect your call, your browser has to send complete connection information to our servers. If this information is incomplete the connection fails and the call is dropped before is even attempted.

The most common reasons behind this error are:

- Extremely restrictive firewall: the information can't reach our servers because it is being filtered.

- Bad Internet connection.

- Browser malfunctioning: usually restarting the browser fixes the problem.
