When a voicemail remains unlistened for more than 15 minutes, Toky sends an email notification to one or more agents, depending on the configuration.

When a voicemail is left in the default option of the Phone tree

Toky sends an email to the agents configured for the IVR in the IVR SMS and Voicemail Notification option.

When a voicemail is left for an extension number

The agent who has asigned the extension number receives the notification if he has the notifications enabled

When a voicemail is left for a group of agents

If a voicemail is left for a group of agents, in a phone tree option or from a live call telephone menu, the agents included in the group will receive an email notification.
