To add an agent to Toky you must follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Toky Dashboard 
  2. Click on the Agents option in the section Call Receivers
  3. Click on the Add Agent button 
  4. Enter mainly the information of the Public Profile and if you wish you can configure the Agent Groups, Custom working hours and the Call settings
  5. Click on Save Changes 

You must enter a valid email since the platform will request a confirmation; The agent will remain inactive until the email is confirmed.
