To add an agent to Toky you must follow these steps:
- Open the Toky Dashboard
- Click on the Agents option in the section Call Receivers
- Click on the Add Agent button
- Enter mainly the information of the Public Profile and if you wish you can configure the Agent Groups, Custom working hours and the Call settings
- Click on Save Changes
You must enter a valid email since the platform will request a confirmation; The agent will remain inactive until the email is confirmed.
