Teams who want to have a phone number ringing on one or more agents may follow these instructions.
1- Create an Agent

2- Create an Agent Group
Include in this group, an agent or a group of agents you want to answer a call.
If you are using IVR
You will need to Add a Phone Number and then, select the Agents Group you previously created.
2 - Phone Numbers
Send your phone number inbound calls to the IVR you created before.
If you use Telephone Menu
1 - Telephone Menu
Create or edit a new Telephone Menu and select the Agents Group in order to send the call to it.
2 - Phone Number
Edit your phone number and select the Telephone Menu previously created.
