To know some statistics of the calls made by the agents of your call center you can use the report of Calls per Agent. This report shows you a summary of calls made by all your agents in a period of time, you can see the amount of calls, total minutes talked and average minutes per call.

The Calls per Agent report is found in the Reports option in Toky Dashboard

By clicking on the Download button you can save the report data to a CSV file,
