You can configure if you want to enable or disable notifications when other agent answer calls. You can do this on your own profile or in every agents profile  if you are an administrator.

Enable or disable notifications in your own account

  1. Go to your account configuration and select the notifications tab
  2. Enable or disable the checkbox: Show calls taken by other agents
  3. Click on Save Changes

As an Adminsitrator, enable or disable notifications for your agents

  1. Click  Agents option
  2. Select the agent you want to change the notification settings and clic on Edit
  3. Click on Notifications tab
  4. Enable or disable the checkbox: Show calls taken by other agents
  5. Click on Save Changes
