You can configure Toky to receive calls every day at every hour and you must configure mainly at the company and phone number level.

Enabling 24/7 service at company level

  • Go to your company profile and configure the parameters as you can see in the image

Enabling 24/7 service at phone number level

  • Go to your phone numbers section, edit the desired phone number and set the Number office hours parameters as you can see in the image

Enabling 24/7 service per agent

  • Go yo your Agents section, edit the desired agent and set the Agent office hours as you can see in the image
