If you have problems with any of your calls, like noise, silent, echo, dropped call, volume distortion or any other, you can report it easily with these steps:
- Go to the Call History Section
- Find the call with the problem
- Click on the three dots on the right to open the menu
- Click on Report Call Issue
- Select the issue type
- Describe the problem you are having with any details you need and click on Submit.
We will receive your report with technical data about the call, and we can start working on the problem.
