Sometimes, Pipedrive activities created with the wrong agent. The reason for this could be that Pipedrive agents are not properly matched to Toky agents. You can check this going to https://app.toky.co/business/tools/pipedrive .
In the section 5, you will see a list of Pipedrive users and Toky agents, see image below.

You should check that Pipedrive users are matched to the Toky agent, so any activity a Toky agent do, will go to the right Pipedrive user.
If you create a new user in Pipedrive and also add this user as Toky agent, you should update the match in Toky Pipedrive integration page.
